Detailed quotation

After we have all the information we need, we prepare a detailed quote for you. If you are satisfied with the price and terms in the contract, we are ready to go into production.

10% deposit

Step 2

Final order & start of production

Prior to construction, any special requests or custom elements must be integrated into the final engineering package needed to produce your cabin.

40% contract signing

Step 3

Confirmation of shipment & ordering transportation

At this stage, we recommend that you lay out and prepare your site ready to receive your new cabin.

30% payment 3 weeks before shipment

Step 4

Shipment released

And it's on its way! Congratulations, soon you will own your own beautiful I Love Tiny Cabin.

Financing options

At I Love Tiny, we understand that purchasing a tiny cabin is a significant investment. That's why we offer flexible financing options to fit different needs, whether you're an individual, an independent contractor or an established business. Below, we explain the financing options available.

1. Direct purchase

Best choice for: Individuals, businesses and investors who want full ownership.

With a direct purchase, you buy the tiny cabin outright and gain full ownership immediately. This option offers complete flexibility in the use and management of your cabin, whether for personal use, rental or business purposes.

2. Financial lease

Best choice for: Individuals and self-employed entrepreneurs in the Netherlands who want to spread the costs.

With a financial lease, you pay for the tiny cabin in fixed monthly installments over a predetermined period of time. Once all payments are completed, the cabin becomes your property. This is ideal for those who don't want to pay a large sum right away, but want long-term ownership.

3. Operational lease

Best choice for: Companies registered in the Netherlands and Germany for at least 2 years.

With an operational lease, a company pays a monthly fee for the use of the tiny cabin, without taking ownership. This works similar to leasing a car or office furniture. At the end of the lease period, the company can choose to return the cabin, extend the lease or purchase the cabin.

4. Revenue-based model (Tinicamps partnership)

Best choice for: Customers who want to rent out their tiny cabin, but want lower initial costs and marketing support.

With this option, the customer pays 80% of the total cost upfront, and the remaining 20% is deducted from future rental revenue when the customer joins our Tinicamps booking platform. Tinicamps handles sales, marketing and promotion of the tiny cabin location and ensures high visibility and bookings within our network.
